I love all of your drawings of the Avengers~
You have this natural look but a 'cartoon-y' style to them with a hint of comic-book version.
And its perfect.
Sure, if you feel it needs changing, go ahead. Its your own MARVELous work~
But in my opinion, this doesn't need changing.
Some people would probably say 'made him look older' but really, lineart creases and wrinkles look really weird and make the person look 70 years old.
Even with shading, facial details are frustrating and just make a person look SO MUCH OLDER. Really.
But it seems you only add the lines that are needed and help create the look of him without too much or too less.
But I like your Tony. He looks like Robert Downey Jr, but also has its own flare which is quite important for an artist to have.
But thats just my opinion~

Now, don't take this the wrong way. I can't draw faces or poses the way you can! This was merely my first impression, "Hm, Stark looks more like 28 than forty-something here." Robert Downey Jr. was 46 in 2012.
